It shocks me that your review almost seems hesitant to give credit where credit is due. I will admit that I was very skeptical about this trigger, thinking to myself that it is just hype and hoopla that typically surrounds new big name parts in the tactical rifle world, but this is hands down the best trigger I have used in the AR platform. I have found it to be smoother and with a cleaner break than the “G” and Timney triggers I have used in the past. Very audible and tactile reset. The shape of the trigger feels better on my finger than any of the others I have used as well. At the current sale price it is the best deal in the biz. The folks at LaRue have hit it out of the park on this one. Good enough that after messing with this one for the last week I will be ordering replacements for the rest of my rifles before Mark realizes what he could be charging for these. The performance of these is easily worth double what he is charging.

When I purchased my first LaRue MBT, I thought the claims might be a bit dubious.  Boy, was I in for a rude awakening.  These triggers are simply the best money can buy for an AR.  Come to think of it, they’re probably the best semi-auto trigger I’ve squeezed in my life!
Considering the craftsmanship, material selection, and masterful design, the MBT simply cannot be beat, especially for the price.
I now own 3 and will only be putting MBTs in my future AR builds.

I have always sung the praises of G triggers, until I tried the MBT. Hands down the most consistent trigger I have ever played with in an AR. For 125.00 there is no better deal on the AR market.
